Internship Program
The purpose of the internship program is to provide an opportunity for the candidates elected to develop their skills and knowledge of direct practice they can leave school or college into the real world of work, of course they will also gain valuable experience working in a dynamic environment.
Our internship program is open to high school and the same, and is currently attending college or to meet graduation requirements. Skill in operating a computer will benefit, as well as knowledge of the work area Palyja. We will provide the apprentice allowance is calculated based on working days. In general, the program lasts two to three months.
What are the advantages for us to have an internship?
The advantage for us is to get temporary relief from young people who are usually full of zeal in the field of our work activities.
What interns do at PALYJA?
Trainees work plan depends on which part they are placed. The scope of work to do documentation, statistical compilation, preparation of media, as well as perform other common tasks. The program is a full-time with the following provisions: interns are required to work five days a week 7:30 to 16:00 in the relevant section; interns also have to do the work that has been given under the supervision of staff (mentor).
How can I find out the status of my application?
Once your application is sent (via email), you will receive an email notification from us. We will only call back applicants are eligible for further selection, and also the end result will be announced only on them.

How the internship paid?
The intern will be given an allowance based on the number of working days, and of course in accordance with the provisions of payment of our everyday. There will be no overtime and extra costs that we incur.
Are interns will get a certificate?
Yes, All the selected candidates who have completed the internship program satisfactorily will receive a certificate that includes the period of internship and the departments where they work in PALYJA.
Are there opportunities to work in PALYJA after completion of this internship program?
The internship program is not related to employment status in PALYJA You should not expect to get offers of work as an employee after the completion of this internship program. If by chance during your internship we're also open up the jobs, and you are interested to join, then you are allowed to follow the recruitment / selection for the position.

At the beginning of each month, all incoming applications will be reviewed by our team of Human Capital Development. HCD team and relevant department will then conduct a variety of selection processes in order to find applicants who comply with the requirements.
