Amending Data

AMENDING CUSTOMER's DATA

a) Conditions that should be prepared are:

  • Copy of Identity Card (KTP)
  • Copy of proof ownerships (transaction certificate, letter of inheritance)
  • Copy of the latest invoices
  • Paid the changes of ownerships fee of Rp. 22.500,-
  • Paid all the arrears/reminders (if any)

b) Things should be done:

  • Bring along and handed in all the supporting documents to PALYJA’s KHP office or to PALING’s car
  • Paid the changes of ownerships fee
  • Request receipt of changes ownerships payment to PALYJA’s officer
  • The next billed should have the new ownerships name as written in the documents handed.
  • Changes of Address
